It's both....The stock price has only ever grown long term. And the dips that occurred had material catalysts to help the company. Like I say, if you do it right you'd have a larger long term position, and maybe a smaller position to trade around as dips occur (profits go to long term position). Averaging down here has always worked out if you time things right. Oversold conditions have always led to a snap back from what I can see.
